Katie is an ACA-qualified, ex-investor at Edition Capital, an investment and advisory group focused on lifestyle and consumer brands. Katie spent 6.5 years at Edition, working across 30+ deals, with investments ranging from £250k - £5m. Notable investments include Pentire, Watchhouse Coffee, Social Pantry and Mainstage Festivals.

Katie now works as a Fractional CFO, supporting ambitious start-ups within the leisure, consumer and hospitality sectors. Her extensive network with institutional investors means she is well-placed to assist with early-stage fundraising (up to £10m) alongside edge.

Sonal Lakhani

Sonal is the ex - Global Head of Barclays Venture Studios, Fintech innovation and Partnerships. She worked for 6+ years enabling best in class Fintech founders to scale, to become commercially viable and to unlock growth through enterprise partnerships. She also supported founders to raise pre-seed to Series A funds through a mix of patient and investor capital. 

With a background in technology sales and capital markets, Sonal now works as a fractional Chief Commercial Officer supporting high growth startups with designing and executing growth strategies and converting a sales pipeline.
